A Few of My Favorite Things

 

• Journal: I call it my paper museum and I keep poetry, excerpts, and pictures of art that I love inside. 
• Bunsen Burner License: I love chemistry and I keep the license that my first chemistry teacher made me to remind me of the person that got me into it. I also want to teach and it reminds me of the impact that an amazing teacher can have.
• Buddha Statue: Given to me by my parents when I was a kid. It reminds me of my parents and the values that they raised me with. 
• Rooster Stamp: Was my great grandmother's who I was named after.
• Ceramic Lamp: My first ever ceramic piece! It's also one of my favorite pieces that I've ever made. I spent a lot of time on all the little details and it reminds me that patience on pieces is rewarded by the result :)
